TRANSLATIONS:
- Before the Order may be executed, the Client is obliged to fill out, sign and send the Order Form by mail or fax.
- Cost of the translated text is calculated on the basis of the number of pages of the text delivered to Profess Translation Agency. A standard page includes 1600 characters with spaces. If the format of the text does not allow for accurate determination of the number of characters, Profess Translation Agency makes an estimated calculation, taking into account the best interests of the Client.
- In certified translations, one page comprises 1125 characters with spaces. The size of a certified translation is rounded up to 0,5 standard page.
- In the case of urgent translations (5-8 pages per day), the price shall be increased by 50%.
- In the case of express translations (above 8 pages per day), the price shall be increased by 100%.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays shall not be included in the time of order execution.
- Services shall be paid for in advance.
- In the case of order cancellation, the Client shall be obliged to pay for the part of translation rendered at the moment of cancellation.
- In the case of translations into foreign languages that are to be published, Profess Translation Agency shall charge additional 50% for verification of the text by a native speaker.
- Profess Translation Agency shall be liable for the delivered translations up to the cost of the performed service.
- Profess Translation Agency shall not be liable for delays resulting out of failure of fax or Internet connections or due to difficulties on the part of a courier.
- Any complaints concerning completed translations shall be submitted to Profess Translation Agency within 7 days following their receipt, providing written justification. Profess Translation Agency shall not be liable for inaccuracies arising in translations due to incomplete and illegible source text (unoriginal text).
- Complaints shall be corrected by Profess Translation Agency free of charge.
- Any complaints on express translations shall not be accepted.
- Price for graphical layout, drawings, and translating charts shall be specified depending on the nature of the document.
- Translations are delivered in the manner specified in the Order Form.
- Price for soundtrack translations shall be increased by 100%.
- Information included on the web site of Profess Translation Agency shall not constitute the offer in the understanding of the Civil Code.
- The Clients who use Profess Translation Agency services shall not contact directly any Interpreters and Translators working for Profess Translation Agency for 12 months from the date of the last order.
- In issues not regulated by these rules of cooperation, binding legal regulations shall be applicable.
